Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it out.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the card must be in the same condition as when it was received — still in its protective sleeve and toploader.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@kadoyatcg.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return and provide any additional instructions
  3. Post the item back to our returns address using tracked delivery
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was sent in error or significantly not as described.

Items not as described

If a card's condition doesn't match the listing, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a full refund including return postage. We take condition grading seriously and will always try to resolve any discrepancy fairly.

Non-returnable items

Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned. Cards that have been removed from their protective packaging and show signs of handling may not be eligible for a full refund.
