These terms govern your use of kadoyatcg.com and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Kadoya TCG reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
All products are individual trading cards or sealed trading card products. Product images represent the actual card being sold unless otherwise stated. Card conditions are assessed to the best of our ability and described in the listing.
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price confirmed at checkout will be honoured.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Shopify's secure checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (e.g. pricing errors, stock discrepancies), in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Orders are dispatched as described on our shipping page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but will assist with tracking and claims where possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as described in our returns policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Card conditions are graded using standard TCG terminology: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), and Damaged (DMG). While we grade carefully and consistently, condition assessment is inherently subjective. If you disagree with a grading, contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Trading card images are the property of their respective publishers (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, etc.). Product photographs taken by Kadoya TCG are our property and may not be reused without permission.
Kadoya TCG is a sole trader business. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
